Kartik’s cousin was tying the proverbial knot and the ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’ star made sure he was part of the celebration. Sources revealed that the actor headed to the airport directly from the film set and arrived at his maternal home last night. In a few hours’ time, post the ceremony, Kartik will be heading back for the shoot later in the day today. This also gave Kartik the opportunity to bond with his nani, whom he shares an extremely close bond.
Kartik has always been vocal about his close bonds with family and he’s always credited them for his success. Once he’s back to shooting ‘Satya Prem Ki Katha’, Kartik and Kiara are expected to finish the schedule by this month. This love saga with a musical twist is expected to release in June next year. Soon as this film is completed, Kartik is expected to jump into his next line of commitments. So this little time off with the family, must have been the ideal break.
