Mahima Chaudhry confirms that her mother passed away due to prolonged illness – Times of India

Mahima Chaudhry’s mother passed away a few days ago. ETimes had exclusively reported the same but now Mahima has confirmed the news as well to a news portal. The actress confirmed saying that her dearest, dearest mother has passed away. Her mother’s demise has left Mahima and her daughter in a state of shock. The actress has also confirmed that her mother passed away due to prolonged illness.

Times have been difficult for the ‘Pardes’ actress as she had been battling cancer. But Mahima has continued to remain quite strong. She had said in an interview with Times Of India after her cancer treatment lasted for four months that, “I don’t want people to get rattled by it. It is curable, so I don’t want anyone to be afraid of the treatment.”

It was actually Anupam Kher who had told the world about Mahima’s battle with Cancer.
