In an exclusive chat with ETimes, Shreyas Talpade said, “We are excited to announce the sequel of ‘Poshter Boys’ after 8 years. I know the audience who were waiting for the film’s sequel. So, I wanted to tell everyone that we are coming with part 2′.
Reacting to the news of his directorial debut with ‘Poshter Boys 2’, Shreyas said, ” Yes, we were contemplating whether I should direct it or not. So, it is not completely false. Then, we found an excellent director Ajay Mayekar.”
Talking about ‘Poshter Boys 2’ content, Shreyas revealed, “It is completely different from the first part. At the same time, it is very today and relevant. So, our Poshter boys when they land in London, get stuck into something and get involved in controversy without them being involved. And how to get out of this situation is what the film is all about.”
“I think that till you don’t find a story that you want to tell, there is no point in rushing into it. So, I was waiting for a good script which will give justice to all three characters of ‘Poshter Boys.” Shreyas concluded.
