Alia Bhatt made heads turn at the Met Gala 2023 after she walked the red carpet in a pearls embellished voluminous gown designed by Prabal Gurung.
Sharing her experience of walking with some of the biggest names in Hollywood, Alia told a news portal that the little girl in her was just making sure that she doesn’t fall down on the red carpet and that she was getting enough time to pose, take a breath and enjoy the moment. While it made for a historic moment, the actress made sure that the pressure didn’t bog her down.

Alia felt that it is not about giving yourself too much pressure and taking it seriously. According to her, it is a massive and big deal but it was also about having fun and light on the inside, so that your face looks lit up and happy. Alia added that she was focusing on that and that she had a lovely time.
After giving back to back hits with films like ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’, ‘Brahmastra’ and ‘Darlings’ last year, Alia is currently awaiting the release of her upcoming film, ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’. The Karan Johar directorial also stars Ranveer Singh in the lead role.
It is slated to hit the theatres in July this year.
