In the video, the senior actors are seen discussing orgasms and how progressive their daughters are for making a film that talks about the same. While Anil Kapoor expressed his concern about people not being open to content on such subjects, especially when it is made by women, Jeetendra assured him that it is made by women and will be watched by women from across the nation.
Anil also opened up about all the praises the film received at the Toronto Film Festival and added that he could not be more proud of his daughter Rhea.Sharing the video, Anil wrote “@ektarkapoor @rheakapoor As Dads and Viewers, ‘Thank You’ for this film. Directed by Karan Boolani and produced by Rhea Kapoor, the film stars Bhumi Pednekar, Shehnaaz Gill, Kusha Kapila, Dolly Singh, Shibani Bedi and Anil Kapoor in key roles. The film premiered at the festival on Friday, September 15 and then on Saturday, September 16. The film will now be released in the theatres on October 6 in India.
