Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up for the release of ‘Dunki’ directed by Rajkumar Hirani. As the days for the release are nearing, the excitement among fans is also rising. Meanwhile, SRK is trying to his to promote the movie in his own possible way to the best. He’s dropping a new poster each day as the 7-day countdown to the release began on Thursday. However, ‘Dunki’ is having a big clash with ‘Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire’ at the box office.There’s also immense buzz surrounding thisPrashanth Neel director (KGF fame) starring Prabhas.
Now a report suggests that ahead of the release of ‘Dunki’, SRK is hosting a party and an intimate dinner for All India Distributors and Key Exhibitors. A report in Bollywood Hungama suggests that it’s a relationship building meeting and SRK himself will be attending the party tonight in Mumbai. The exhibitors and distributors from various parts of India have been flown down by Red Chillies just so that SRK can have a better deal at showcasing ‘Dunki’ all over the country. His team has invited most stake-holders from the key money-contributing centers.
Apart from the fact that SRK enjoys a huge popularity as an actor, one cannot deny that he’s a very smart business man and knows how to make the right moves. Well, this sort of master stroke and meeting distributors from all over the country will surely ensure him a better stand in the theatres.
The advance bookings of ‘Dunki’ will open tomorrow. This film being SRK’s first collaboration with Hirani, has high expectations from everyone and one only hopes it lives up to the success of SRK’s previous two movies – ‘Pathaan’ and ‘Jawan’.
