Dunki Full Movie Collection: Dunki box office collection day 7: Shah Rukh Khan’s film comes down to single-digit haul, earns over Rs 9 crore on Wednesday | – Times of India

Shah Rukh Khan starrer Dunki took off to a good start at the box office but the collections of the Rajkumar Hirani directorial have already come down to single-digit haul within the first week of its release itself.
According to Sacnilk, Dunki showed an overall occupancy of over 17 crore per cent on Wednesday. The movie has been witnessing drop with each passing day and it may become a matter of concern for the makers in the days to come. As per early estimates, Dunki earned Rs 9.81 crore on day 7, taking its total box office collection to Rs 151.32 crore in India.
Dunki has clearly underperformed at the box office, given its clash with Prabhas starrer Salaar, which has also suffered a dent because of the SRK starrer. It remains to be seen whether Dunki will bounce back in its second weekend and put up a strong total at the box office.

The story of Dunki, a comedy drama based on an illegal immigration technique ‘donkey flight’, is written by Hirani, Abhijaat Joshi and Kanika Dhillon. The movie marks SRK’s first-ever collaboration with director Rajkumar Hirani, who has previously given hits like PK, Sanju, 3 Idiots and Munna Bhai. It also stars Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Anil Grover, Boman Irani and Vikram Kochhar.

With Dunki’s success, SRK has got three back-to-back hits in his kitty. In January, he came up with

Pathaan, which smashed several records at the box office, and in September, he enthralled fans with Jawan, which was directed by Atlee.
