Ajay Devgn to Resume Filming ‘Singham 3’ Despite Eye Injury | Indian News | – Times of India

In December last year, it was reported that Ajay Devgn had sustained an eye injury during the shoot of Singham 3. The incident occurred while filming a high-octane scene in Mumbai, compelling Ajay to temporarily halt the shoot. Despite the injury, Ajay Devgn showed resilience and returned to complete his work for the day, echoing the mantra ‘The Show Must Go On.’ Recently concluding the Mumbai schedule, director Rohit Shetty carried on with filming at Golden Tobacco in Andheri.

Now, according to a report in Times Now, Ajay’s eye injury has healed and he has started shooting for some commercials. However, he has not joined the rest of the crew of Singham 3 in Hyderabad. A source said that he is not required for this particular stint, so he has stayed behind.

‘Singham 3’ promises an ensemble cast with Ajay Devgn reprising his role as Singham, joined by Ranveer Singh and Akshay Kumar in Rohit Shetty’s cop universe. Additionally, Kareena Kapoor and the debut of Deepika Padukone as the first lady Singham are anticipated highlights. Tiger Shroff’s introduction to the cop saga adds another layer of excitement.

Though speculation swirls around Arjun Kapoor playing the antagonist, Rohit Shetty has yet to confirm this detail. The film, tentatively titled ‘Singham Again,’ has an Independence Day release on August 15 this year.
