The discussion inevitably led to her tattoos, which became a topic of public interest when images surfaced online during her early career in 2017’s ‘Reunited Worlds’.
As per the reports of Kdramastars, recalling the beginning of her acting career, Han So Hee disclosed that she reluctantly removed her tattoos as she stepped into the realm of acting, marking what she described as the commencement of her second life. “I embarked on my acting journey after removing my tattoos. I had my private life, and I was reluctant to part with the tattoos; after all, I paid for it, didn’t I?” she candidly remarked, emphasizing her initial resistance to the idea.

Opening up about the intimidating nature of entering the acting profession without formal training, she confessed, “I had never studied acting formally or attended a school for it. Despite this, I found myself thinking, ‘Am I really going to take the plunge into acting?’ it was a path I had never envisioned for myself”. She further stated, “If I didn’t work hard in this field, then I thought I would be crushing on the efforts of people who worked hard to be in this position”. Her unexpected journey into acting led her to grapple with the pressure to succeed, with the actress expressing a keen awareness of the responsibility that comes with her chosen profession.
“I feel the pressure to do well. I always tell myself to do well. I feel like I am at the edge of the cliff but it’s manageable. I believe that if I am not good at what I do, then I should quit”, Han So Hee shared, providing a glimpse into the self-imposed standards she adheres to in her pursuit of excellence in the acting realm.
