This week, ‘Marry My Husband’ introduced the viewers to a backstory of how Kang Ji Won (Park Min Young) and Yoo Ji-hyuk (Na In-woo) had crossed paths in the past.He played the saviour then and he plays the saviour now! He saves Kang Ji Won from her violent boyfriend Park Min-hwan (Lee Yi-kyung) and ends up confessing his feelings. The highlight of these episodes was Kang Ji Won training with Yoo Ji-hyuk, so as to beat her opponents and she uses the same logic to seek revenge in the murky office politics. As she enjoys the triumphs of her revenge, Kang Ji Won and Yoo Ji-hyuk realise that both of them have got a second chance at life!
A sweet revenge that ends with an unexpected twist
The slow baked romance between Park Min Young and Na In-woo is engaging and heartwarming. From fluttering moments in the office to action packed instances… this duo is hitting it out the park. Meanwhile, Song Ha-yoon as Jung Soo-min and Lee Yi-kyung as Park Min-hwan are making sure that you detest them till the end! Blending past and present with future instances, ‘Marry My Husband’ is emerging as an fast paced watch with lots of thrills. The cliff-hanger realisation of Park Min Young and Na In-woo having time-travelled from the future, makes the wait for the next episode extremely impossible! A big cheer to the makers for adding a BTS connect to this revelation, a smart move indeed. Choi Gyu-ri as Yoo Hee-yeon and Lee Gi-kwang as Baek Eun-ho lend some happy moments and comedic relief to the narrative, which is otherwise racing with emotions.
