The sequel to the 2005 hit ‘No Entry‘ has been highly awaited as over the years, the film has proven to be a cult. The audience loved the ensemble of actors like Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor and Fardeen along with actresses like Bipasha Basu, Lara Dutta and Celina Jaitley. The audience continues to cherish the movie till date every time it plays on TV. The Anees Bazmee film’s sequel has been in the works for a while now and it was supposed to be made with the original cast, however, it kept getting delayed.
Meanwhile, now a report suggests that ‘No Entry 2‘ is finally happening but with a new cast all together. While Anees will only be helming the project as a writer and director, as per Pinkvilla, Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor and Diljit Dosanjh have been roped in for the sequel. The trio is quite excited about the script and have given their nod to the film. A source has been quoted saying in this report that ‘No Entry 2’ is a hilarious script and hence, all the three actors are quite excited. The film will be produced by Boney Kapoor along with Zee Studios.
However, it’s not going on floors any time soon. ‘No Entry 2’ is set to begin only by year end, December 2024 and will release in 2025 which will be 20 years since the first part came. As of now, the leading ladies are yet to be finalised and post that, an official announcement will be made.
Varun is currently shooting for Atlee’s ‘VD 18’ and is set to finish a film with Shashank Khaitan and his father David Dhawan before getting into ‘No Entry 2’. Meanwhile, Arjun is touted to be a part of Rohit Shetty’s ‘Singham Again’, though an official announcement on this hasn’t yet been made!
