Abhishek Bachchan who was last seen in ‘Ghoomer‘ has a couple of interesting projects lined up ahead. Amidst a series of projects announced today by Amazon Prime Video, the title of Abhishek’s next with Remo D’souza has also been unveiled. The film produced and directed by Remo will see Abhishek playing a single father to little girl, played by Innayat Verma.Incidentally, Abhishek had also worked with Innayat in ‘Ludo’.
Since, it’s directed by Remo, there obviously has to be an element of dance. In a post shared by the streaming platform, it read, “Unfold the journey of a single father and his talented daughter who aspires to perform on the country’s biggest dance reality show. Be Happy highlights the extraordinary lengths a father will go to fulfil his daughter’s dreams and find true happiness.” It is titled ‘Be Happy’ and also stars Nora Fatehi, Johnny Lever and Nasser.

Having said that, it is now known that Abhishek also plays a father in Shoojit Sircar‘s next film which is a slice of life drama. The film’s description read, “Shoojit Sircar crafts an intrinsically emotional journey about a father and daughter who rediscover and embrace their precious bond while they navigate through life’s surprises.”
Abhishek shared this by saying that it’s the kind of film which will make people feel warm!
This film will release in theatres and then on OTT. It also has Johnny Lever alongside Abhishek.
