According to the latest reports, the trailer that dropped on Tuesday morning, racked up an-all time global viewership record of 355.5 million within its first 24 hours. With this, the trailer smashed the previous record held by Marvel’s ‘Avengers: Endgame‘, which clocked in 289 million views.
Following the trailer’s leak on social media, the makers dropped the original trailer and sent a shout-out to the “real ones who are watching the trailer for the first time right now.”

The three-minute clip has piqued the interests of fans, who were waiting for months on end to see how this film will play out after the events of ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’.
In the upcoming movie, Peter Parker (Tom Holland) finds his life turned upside down when his identity is revealed to the world. Desperate to clean his slate, he goes to Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) seeking help, only to accidentally open the multiverse.
The upcoming flick will bring Holland together with villains of previous ‘Spider-Man’ film franchises. These include Alfred Molina as Doctor Octopus, Jamie Foxx as Electro, and Willem Dafoe as Green Goblin.
The trailer also hints at the return of the Sandman and Lizard.
‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ will have Zendaya reprising her role as MJ, Jacob Batalon returning as Ned Leeds, Marisa Tomei as Aunt May, Benedict Wong as Wong, and Jon Favreau as Happy Hogan.
This is the third consecutive ‘Spider-Man’ film directed by Jon Watts.
The film is slated for a release in India film in December 2021.
