Actor Kartik Aaryan has been a busy bee juggling between shoots. Speaking of which, the actor is planning to sign his next with Rohit Dhawan. Reportedly, Rohit and Kartik are teaming up for the remake of 2020 hit South film ‘Ala Vaikunthapuramuloo’.
The actor recently shared a picture of himself meeting the director at his place. There’s also a buzz that the film will be titled ‘Shehzada’ and will be backed by Ekta Kapoor. The film will also see actress Kriti Sanon as the female lead, who will be reuniting with Kartik for the second time. Both had earlier shared the screen space for Dinesh VIjan’s ‘Luka Chuppi’. According to reports the two actors will start shooting for the film from November and kickstart the journey.
Kartik Aaryan is currently shooting for ‘Freddi’. Helmed by Shashankha Ghosh, the movie will star Alaya F as the leading lady. He has also resumed shooting for ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’. He will also been in ‘Dhamaka’ and ‘Captain India’.
Kriti on the other hand, was last seen in ‘Mimi’, which was slated for an OTT release. The film also starred Pankaj Tripathi and Sai Tamhankar in pivotal roles. Apart from that, the actress will next be seen sharing screen space with Varun Dhawan for Amar Kaushik’s ‘Bhediya’.
The actress has also wrapped shooting for Bachchan Pandey, where she plays the leading lady opposite Akshay Kumar. She also has an Indian mythological film titled ‘Adipurush’. Based on the Hindu epic Ramayana, the film is helmed by Om Raut and also features Saif Ali Khan and Prabhas in titular roles.
