Ranveer Singh holds up an umbrella for Ananya Panday, she calls him ‘bestie’ – Times of India

It’s not everyday that you see a top Bollywood star turn into your assistant, but Ananya Panday enjoyed that luxury as Ranveer Singh held up a giant umbrella to shield the actress from the sun. Ananya took to the gram to share a candid photo, where she’s dressed in a bright green blazer set and Ranveer is in the background holding out a colourful umbrella.

Anaya captioned her photo, “The umbrella can keep out the sun but not the heat ft. The Bestie Ran-Ran.” In a matter of a few minutes, Ranveer replied back with the comment, “Oh Nan-Nan!”. Needless to say, the fans loved the chemistry between the two stars on social media.

Other stars like Maheep Kapoor and Neelam Kothari Soni also commented on Ananya’s post appreciating the fun and games between the two co-stars. Neelam’s comment read, “You both are beauties.” Even the fans appreciated the fact that Ananya and Ranveer had cute nicknames for each other and we’re enjoying working together on the sets.

Ranveer Singh will soon be seen in a special role in Rohit Shetty’s cop-drama ‘Sooryavanshi’ alongside the film’s lead Akshay Kumar and co-star Ajay Devgn. Ananya is looking forward to the release of ‘Liger’, where she stars opposite Vijay Deverakonda. She will also be part of Shakun Batra’s next with Deepika Padukone and Siddhant Chaturvedi.
