Amitabh Bachchan is one of the senior-most actors in the film industry who is active on social media platforms. The actor, who has about 28 million followers on Instagram, also follows about 68 people back which includes his family members and his Bollywood counterparts.
However, did you know that he does not follow two key members of his family on Instagram? Yes, you read that right! While Mr Bachchan follows his son Amitabh Bachchan, daughter Shweta Bachchan and grandkids Navya Naveli and Agastya Nanda, he does not follow his daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and son-in-law Nikhil Nanda.
In 2019, during an event, Amitabh was asked about Aishwarya joining the family. “Nothing has changed for us, it was like one daughter left and another one came in.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Amitabh has films like, Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra’, Marathi director Nagraj Manjule’s Hindi debut film, ‘Jhund’, ‘Mayday’ and Vikas Bahl’s ‘Goodbye’ co-starring Rashmika Mandanna and Neena Gupta.
He will also be seen reuniting with his ‘Piku’ co-star Deepika Padukone in the official Hindi adaptation of the Hollywood film, ‘The Intern’. It initially starred Deepika and Rishi Kapoor. However, owing to his sudden demise, Big B was roped in to fill in his shoes.
Apart from this, Big B will also be seen in Nag Ashwin’s untitled next starring Prabhas and Deepika.
