Farhan Akhtar pens a heartfelt note as ‘Don 2’ completes 10 years; says ‘only Shah Rukh Khan could bring that level of cool’ – Times of India

Actor, director and producer Farhan Akhtar has penned a long note as his film ‘Don 2‘ starring Shah Rukh Khan has clocked 10 years. He also shared a video that features the opening scene of the film.

In his note, he mentioned how only SRK could manage to pull it off. Marking the 10th anniversary, Farhan wrote, “10 years since Don cruised back onto screen and gave bad guys a lesson in how to be the baddest of them all. @iamsrk only YOU could bring this level of cool to him. Absolutely loved making this film and this opening sequence in particular, which would set the tone for what’s to follow.”

He further continued, “To the stellar cast who made it happen every day on set To the incredible crew who brought their A game to every department they headed or worked in.. Farhan also took to his Instagram story and thanked Priyanka Chopra who played the role of Roma in ‘Don 2’. Sharing a picture from the sets, he wrote, “Go straight ahead and rock Hollywood @priyankachopra Thank you for Roma.” Have a look:

Farhan will be soon directing ‘Jee Le Zara’ which stars Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif and Priyanka in lead roles.
