Recently, Anushka stressed the privacy of her daughter Vamika yet again. Viral pictures of the baby girl made headlines a few days ago when Anushka and Vamika went cheering for Virat Kohli during India’s match. Anushka had addressed her fans, “We realise that our daughter’s images were captured at the stadium yesterday and widely shared thereafter. We want to inform everyone that we were caught off-guard and didn’t know that the camera was on us. Our stance and request on the matter stay the same. We would really appreciate it if Vamika’s images are not clicked/published for reasons we have explained earlier.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, the actress is making a comeback to the big screen after almost 3 years with the sports biopic ‘Chakda Xpress’, based on the journey of former Indian women’s cricket team captain Jhulan Goswami. Prosit Roy is directing the film.
