Big B took to Twitter and wrote an appreciation post for Abhishek. In the trailer, Abhishek is seen playing the character of a convicted Chief Minister, who decides to pursue class 10 during his time in jail. The film also stars Yami Gautam and Nimrat Kaur in lead roles.

Speaking about the trailer, producer Dinesh Vijan shared in a statement, “The trailer is a sneak peek into the lovely world of Dasvi. Maddock has always backed content based cinema, and Dasvi is yet another attempt at providing a wholesome family watch that entertains and enlightens. Abhishek, Yami and Nimrat have knocked it out of the park. Audiences will fall in love with all three of them by the end.”
‘Dasvi’ is all set to release on an OTT platform on 7th April 2022.
