In an interview with a news portal, Abhay spilled the beans on how the filmmaker told him that negative stories will be intentionally published in the media. According to the director, those negative stories will help gain more eyeballs. Abhay revealed that it immensely upset him and those false stories about him are still out there.
Abhay stated that he cannot defend himself but went on to add that people have an agenda and he has been gaslit. He also urged his fans not to believe in everything they hear. According to him, the version of people who are vocal gets printed and if it is repeated enough times, it becomes the truth. However, that doesn’t mean it is, the actor told Film Companion.
