Fans speculate Deepika Padukone’s cameo in ‘Brahmastra’: See visuals – Times of India

Ever since Brahmastra’s trailer drop, Ayan Mukerji’s directorial has become the talk of the town. Fans have been intrigued with the detailing and the characterisation of their favourite actors. Having said that, netizens feels that they have spotted actress Deepika Padukone too in the trailer.

Deepika fans are now convinced about the same. Several fans took screenshots from the new trailer speculating Deepika Padukone’s cameo in the Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s film. The visuals from the trailer feature a woman dressed in a red saree, as blue energy comes out from her hand.

Netizens flooded the internet with the visuals and wote, “Jal (water) character from #Brahmastra seems to look like Deepika Padukone (blue energy coming out from her hand). While 2nd pic is of Mouni Roy (carries a red stone).” Another fan wrote, “It’s Deepika only.”

“This is #DeepikaPadukone In #BrahmastraTrailer. My queen, that’s her face shape. Now we will see her on the big screen in her full glory,” said a person on Twitter. A fan shared several pictures and said, “Well we know who it is now. #BrahmastraTrailer.”

Meanwhile, apart from Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, the film also stars Nagarjuna, Mouni Roy, and Amitabh Bachchan in pivotal roles. The film is slated to release in theatres on September 9.
