Kollywood star Chiyaan Vikram, who was supposed to attend the teaser launch of his upcoming film, ‘Ponniyin Selvan’, which is scheduled to happen later today at 6 pm in Chennai, is reported to have felt discomfort on Thursday and has been admitted to Kauvery hospital in Chennai. The star actor has apparently been shifted to normal ward and is expected to be discharged later today.
While there is no official confirmation regarding the nature of his discomfort from the actor’s side, fans have been wishing the star actor a speedy recovery. Though this might keep Chiyaan Vikram away from the teaser launch of Mani Ratnam’s ‘Ponniyin Selvan’, it is said that he would be attending the audio launch of his other film ‘Cobra’ on Monday.
