Dia Mirza shares the first picture of son Avyaan in an elephant printed onsie, says ‘We are celebrating #WorldElephantDay’ – Times of India

Dia Mirza treated her fans with the first picture of her baby boy Avyaan on Instagram as she celebrated World Elephant Day. On the occasion, the actress dressed her baby boy in an elephant printed onsie.

Dia first shared a picture of herself where she is seen posing for the camera with her hand on her cheek. Next, she gave us a glimpse of her baby boy in a white onsie with elephant motif all over. Along with the lovely photo, she wrote, ‘We are celebrating #WorldElephantDay’

Dia surprised one and all when she announced her marriage with Vaibhav Rekhi. Her stunning low-key wedding was hailed by all. The pictures from her wedding ceremony still do rounds on social media.

The actress had also announced her pregnancy in April this year. She shared the happy news by posting a picture that saw her cradling her baby bump. Brimming with joy and excitement, Dia penned a heartfelt verse that read, “Blessed to be… One with Mother Earth…One with the Life Force that is the beginning of everything… Of all stories. Lullabies. Songs. Of new saplings. And the blossoming of hope.Blessed to cradle this purest of all dreams in my womb.”

While Avyaan is the first child for Dia, it is the second for Vaibhav, who is father to a daughter Samaira from his first marriage.

In a post announcing the arrival of her baby boy, Dia revealed that the bundle of joy had arrived early on May 14, and was since cared for by “tireless nurses and doctors in the neonatal ICU.”
