However, it is reportedly being said that Aamir developed a cold foot before the project could go on floors. The actor reportedly also felt that the audience might not accept his pairing with Sridevi, considering that she looked older than him and he was coming fresh off playing a college boy in QSQT opposite an actress like Juhi Chawla, who looked closer to his age.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Aamir will next be seen in ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ along with his ‘3 Idiots’ co-stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Mona Singh in key roles. The movie is the official Hindi adaptation of the Hollywood film, ‘Forrest Gump’. It originally starred Tom Hanks in the lead role.
