Ahead of his birthday, JungKook made sure to sit down for a LIVE broadcast with ARMY through VLive. The chat was made even more special with J-Hope popping in with a special surprise.
Smiling from ear to ear, J-Hope showered JungKook with love and sang him the birthday song. He even presented the birthday boy with a special cake. He was heard telling JungKook that he created the DIY cake by piecing together slices of cakes. He joined all the triangle pieces together and gave it to the birthday boy and said it was all he could do as all the cake shops in the area were closed at the time.
Not only was JungKook stunned by the sweet gesture, ARMY too went gaga over Hobi and wished they had an elder brother him.

Another Korean fan wrote a post that translated to, “Wow…Do you guys have a hyung (older male sibling/friend) who makes a whole cake with smaller cake slices and gifts that to you, because the cake shops were all closed? I don’t have any, but Jungkook apparently has one. He goes by the name of Jung Hoseok…”
