The trailer opens with the visuals of a shopping mall being hijacked by terrorists and they have held the people hostage. While the negotiation between the government and terrorists is happening, it is revealed that a spy, played by Vijay too is inside the mall. The introduction scene to Vijay shows him splitting a red cloth and making a dashing entry while shooting a machine gun continuously. The trailer give a glimpse of what the fans can expect from the film, which has Vijay playing the role of Veeraraghavan, a soldier, while Selvaraghavan seems to be playing a negotiator with the terrorists. The trailer also shows a glimpse of Pooja Hegde, Yogi Babu, and Redin Kingsley. Pooja Hegde is apparently a hostage, while Aparna Das plays the minister’s daughter, who is also caught in the hostage situation.
The 2:56 minute-long trailer has already crossed 7 lakh views, within a matter of seconds.
The trailer of the movie was released in a massive way. The movie makers earlier today announced that the movie trailer will be premiering in a few theatres in Tamil Nadu in the Premium Large Format (PLF), and also, the trailer released on the video-sharing platform.
The Tamil cinephiles are extremely excited to catch a glimpse of the movie, through the trailer. Vijay was last seen in ‘Master’ which was released in theatres in 2021. The trailer of ‘Beast’ is expected to make a breaking record as both the singles released from the movie too had set records.
