Vivek Agnihotri’s ‘The Kashmir Files’ wins Best Film award at Dadasaheb Phalke Awards 2023 – See photos – Times of India

Vivek Agnihotri took to his Twitter handle to proudly announce that his film, ‘The Kashmir Files’ has won the Best Film award at the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Awards 2023 that was held last night.

Sharing the pictures of himself holding the award, along with other photos, the filmmaker wrote, ‘ANNOUNCEMENT: #TheKashmirFiles wins the ‘Best Film’ award at #DadaSahebPhalkeAwards2023. “This award is dedicated to all the victims of terrorism and to all the people of India for your blessings.’

As soon as he shared the news on twitter, likes and comments poured in from all sides. Director Abhishek Kapoor congratulated the team in the comment section. He wrote, ‘Congratulations vivek ji .. was a very well crafted film with some great performances by @AnupamPKher, #mithunda and @DarshanKumaar #KashmirFiles.’

While one fan wrote, ‘Congratulations. You deserve it. What a Direction. Keep making such eye opener movies’, another one added, ‘Heartiest congratulations to the entire team and star cast.
