When Elizabeth Olsen last played Scarlet Witch in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. She was crushed under a building that was shown to be menacingly falling on her. She was shown sacrificing herself to get at the Darkhold, sorcery’s evil book that had turned her character from good to evil.
She is now hoping that when she does get to play Scarlet Witch again, it should be one in which the character looks back at what happened with humour and a sense of redemption. But can she come back to life after she has been shown killed in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness? Elizabeth says that anything is possible in the MCU and in its renewed exploration of the multiverse.
And why not? If Hugh Jackman is making a comeback as Wolverine in the new film, Deadpool 3, even after he was knocked off for good in Logan, then so can Scarlet Witch.

That’s something that Kevin Feige, Marvel Studio president, agrees with wholeheartedly. He says that there is so much more in the storylines from the comics that has still not been explored. And of course, everything is possible in the multiverse.
Let’s hope we see Scarlet Witch coming back soon to the MCU – as a more fleshed out, more humorous character than the downright evil character that Olsen played last.
