In an interview to an OTT giant, Ranbir said earlier, he has advised friends to get out of a relationship if they are not happy. He added that the least one can do is to be honest with each other and admit when you have fallen out of love with someone or fallen for someone new. He however clarifies that unlike his character Mickey, he did not devise any plan to get his friends out of a relationship.
Earlier, while promoting his movie on cousin Kareena Kapoor‘s chat show, Ranbir admitted that he has been ‘makkaar’ in relationships, but the older you grow, the more you realise that you need to be honest and open with your partner, which in turn leads to a meaningful relationship.
Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar did brisk business at the BO and is currently making waves on the OTT space. Ranbir will now be seen in a fierce avatar in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal with Rashmika Mandanna.
