The reports of his untimely demise were reportedly confirmed by his publicist. The actor was 58. The cause of his death is still uncertain.
After playing the baddie in ‘RRR’, Stevenson’s last completed film was ‘Accident Man: Hitman’s Holiday‘, co-starring Scott Adkins. He also featured in all 22 episodes of HBO and BBC’s Rome.
He had recently signed up to replace Kevin Spacey in 1242: Gateway to the West, where he would have played the role of a Hungarian priest standing up against the Mongol army.
