It is a known fact that Aditya Chopra is building a Spy Universe on the lines of Marvel Cinematic Universe where every character is interconnected. The first glimpse of it was seen in Pathaan where Salman Khan’s character Tiger makes an appearance to save Shah Rukh Khan’s characters in the train. And it is also known that Shah Rukh is going to make an appearance in Tiger 3 to save Salman.
But it is now being reported that both the superstars will be coming together for Ayan Mukerji, Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR starrer War 2. India Today suggests that the shooting of the film will start in October.
The report also suggests that the mahurat of the film has already taken place and the initial portions will be shot with Jr NTR as Hrithik is still busy completing Fighter with Siddharth Anand and Deepika Padukone. The trio is in Italy shooting for a couple of songs
The film will take the Spy Universe story ahead. The report also mentioned that the film will bring all three superspies Kabir, Tiger and Pathaan together for the first time. It is also being rumoured that it is Salman who will be introducing Jr NTR into the Universe but no confirmation is available at this point. The makers are looking at a 2025 release for the film.
