Actress Rhea Chakraborty who was accused of several charges in connection with a drugs case related to the death of her boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput, spent multiple weeks in Byculla jail.
In a recent interview with India Today, Rhea opened up about the time she spent in prison. The actress revealed that she danced with her inmates on the last day and that it was a cathartic experience. The actress added that she was never going to see these women again and she could give them five minutes of happiness with the dance performance with her inmates.
Elaborating further, the actress added that she danced with the inmates which she called the ‘most ecstatic moment’ of her life, revealing that they did a naagin (snake) dance on the floor.
Talking about moving on after Sushant’s demise, Rhea shared that she misses him and it’s going to be very difficult to live the rest of her life without that friend, that partner, that companion. According to her, life has happened to both of them and one has to move on.
Meanwhile, Rhea Chakraborty is reportedly dating Nikhil Kamath, the co-founder of the online stock trading platform Zerodha. On the work front, Rhea was last seen Rumi Jaffery’s ‘Chehre’ with Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi in lead roles along with Krystle D’Souza, Siddhanth Kapoor, Annu Kapoor, Samir Soni, Dhritiman Chatterjee and Raghubir Yadav in supporting roles.
