Five years after taking the plunge in a romantic wedding on the banks of Lake Como, Italy, Ranveer and Deepika opened up the vault and gave fans an all-access pass to get behind the scenes of their big day.From sharing glimpses of their pre-wedding ceremonies to Ranveer sneaking in to tell Deepika “I love you baby,” just before the wedding, their pheras, and first dance as husband and wife, the video gave us glimpses of it all.
The clip was so beautiful that it even moved host KJo to tears as he said, “It just makes me feel like what I am losing out on not being in one. You don’t have a partner of your own to share the nothings of your day with. Every day I wake up and a little part of me feels that vacuum.”
While KJo would fight back his tears, the clip seemed to open a floodgate on social media with fans breaking down after watching the “stunningly beautiful” video.

“#KoffeeWithKaran I am not crying, you are. If this is what an 11 year relationship looks like, I am down to wait for as long as it takes,” declared another.
“She found a man who not only respects her but practically worships her. This video is wholesome. The way he was silently listening to her narrate her struggle, reassured via tiny actions,” said another.
“Oh man! The season 8 opener of KWK has made me emotional. So great to see Deepika & Ranveer flourish,” said another.
Besides the dreamy video, fans could not get enough of Ranveer and Deepika’s crackling chemistry through out the episode. “Ranveer and Deepika’s playful energy, combined with their genuine affection for each other, created an episode that was not just entertaining but heartwarming too. It left me wanting more,” a fan commented.
“I’m 5 mins in & its already seeming like I am eavesdropping,” said another while sharing a picture of Ranveer peppering Deepika’s shoulder with kisses.
Another said in agreement, “Bhai the way ranveer looks at deepika, the way he was kissing her and the way he was literally showing that he won for life with her. yaaaaaaaaaaaaaar.”
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh made their first appearance together on Karan Johar’s coffee couch. Koffee With Karan Season 8 debuted its first episode last evening and by the looks of all the social media reactions, there’s just no getting over the ‘wholesome’ episode.
