This drama, based on a webtoon, is a unique romance story about the marriage agreement between Kang Tae Ha (played by Bae In Hyuk), a single man, and Park Yeon Woo (Lee Se Young), a woman who time-travels from the 19th century Joseon era to the modern day.
In the Joseon era, Park Yeon Woo is the strong-willed daughter of the Minister of the Interior. She’s known for not getting married, and people even call her an ‘old maid’ in the city of Hanyang. However, Park Yeon Woo is determined to chase her dreams. She secretly lives a double life as the ‘butterfly teacher,’ where she sells clothes and embroidered goods she crafts skillfully.
