Kamal Haasan is having the time of his career. His last release Vikram has gone on to become the biggest hit of his career. He then teamed up with Nag Ashwin on his magnum opus Kalki 2898 AD which will see him reuniting with Amitabh Bachchanafter a very long gap. The film has Prabhas and Deepika Padukone in the lead. But the biggest of all is his upcoming film Indian 2 with Shankar.He will be playing the role ofSenapathy after a gap of 27 years. The first installment released in 1996 was a major success.
And now we are told that the makers of the film have roped in none other than Aamir Khan to release the trailer of the film, which is scheduled for 3rd November. It is interesting to know that though both of them have been big fans of each other’s work, the duo were at loggerheads at one point in time. This was due to a comment made by Kamal Haasn regarding Aamir’s show Satyamev Jayate. It was reported that he was offered the show but didn’t go ahead with it. When asked, he said, “I have been more socially responsible than the person who did the show.”

Coming to Indian 2, Kamal Haasan plays a vigilante in the film and the film follows the events of the previous film Indian. Which means the actor would be playing a 90-year-old man in the film. It was reported that the actor would sit in the makeup chair for about 4 hours to get prosthetics done and then 2 more hours to remove the makeup. The film also stars names like Siddharth, RJ Suryah, Rakul Preet Singh and Kajal Aggarwal.
