In a prior transaction in April, Priyanka had sold a commercial property in Lokhandwala for Rs 7 crore to a dentist couple who had previously rented the space in 2021. This office space, encompassing 1,781 sq ft carpet area with a 465-sq-ft terrace, had been leased to the dentists at Rs 2.11 lakh per month.
