Ranbir Kapoor‘s highly anticipated film, Animal, is scheduled for release on December 1. However, in the US markets, the film will hit screens on November 30, featuring early shows starting at 6:30 pm. With the release date approaching, an increasing number of cinemas are now offering advance bookings for the movie. The film is scheduled to have the widest release for an Indian film in the USA with about 888 screens.And with just 10 days to go for the release of the film, the numbers have begun to come in for its premiere day.

The advance booking for the film has opened in 206 locations and tickets are available for 424 shows. As of now the film has managed to sell 3244 tickets for its premiere shows across the country minting about $54,812 (Rs 46 lakh). The mood for the film is upbeat as just 4 days ago the film had collected just $19217 (Rs 16 lakh) and sold just 1484 tickets. With the release coming closer more cinemas and more shows will be added and with the trailer for the film release in the next two days, it will significantly push the ticket sales.
Animal is the story of a son whose love for his father knows no bounds. As their bond begins to fracture, a chain of extraordinary events unfold causing the son to undergo a remarkable transformation consumed by a thirst for vengeance.
