Veteran actress Rekha graced the special screening of Vicky Kaushal‘s upcoming film, ‘Sam Bahadur‘, in a stunning Kanjeevaram saree. Her presence added glamour to the star-studded event, but it was a heartfelt gesture on the red carpet that caught everyone’s attention.
In a video shared by a paparazzo, Rekha was seen posing for the cameras before turning towards the film’s poster.She folded her hands and bowed, paying homage to India’s first Field Marshal,Sam Manekshaw, the central figure in the movie.

Rekha’s respectful act resonated with the significance of the film, which delves into the life of Sam Manekshaw, a distinguished military leader. The screening was attended by Vicky Kaushal’s family, including his wife Katrina Kaif, parents, and brother Sunny Kaushal. Sam Bahadur, scheduled for release on December 1, 2023, chronicles the remarkable career of Sam Manekshaw, who played a pivotal role in India’s military history.
