Aishwarya Rai Bachchan cheers for Agastya Nanda posing for paparazzi at the red carpet; says, ‘Get used to it’ – watch video | Hindi Movie News – Times of India



It was a proud moment for the Bachchan parivaar as the third generation of the lineage makes a grand entry into Bollywood. Agastya Nanda, son of Shweta Bachchan and Nikhil Nanda and grandson of Amitabh Bachchan an Jaya Bachchan, is making his Bollywood debut with Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies. The entire Bachchan clan including Big B, Jaya Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Aaradhya Bachchan, Shweta Bachchan, Nikhil Nanda, Navya Naveli Nanda, graced the grand special screening of the film to cheer for Agastya.
The event was attended by the who’s who of the film industry, given the fact that two more star kids – Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan and Boney Kapoor’s daughter Khushi Kapoor are also making their debut with the film. The red carpet was undoubtedly buzzing with stars lining up for photo ops at the NMACC.
Amidst all the confusion and commotion on the red carpet, one voice that could be distinctly heard is of Aishwarya cheering for Agastya from the side. In a video clip. Ash can be seen calling Agastya and imitating the paps asking for a solo pic of the man of the moment – Agastya Nanda. She can also be heard cheering for Agastya and playfully teasing him to ‘get used to’ the attention from paparazzi now that he’s stepping into the glamour world.

The Bachchan family were all colour coordinated in black except for Jaya Bachchan who wore an ivory outfit and Navya who dazzled in a red gown.
The first reviews coming out from the screening heap praises for the film. Director Sujoy Ghosh raved about the film’s world and its cast, expressing immense appreciation for the exceptional portrayal and setting. Karan Johar took to social media to laud Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagtiā€™s efforts, applauding the film’s craftsmanship from cinematography to costumes. Additionally, Katrina Kaif showered appreciation for Zoya Akhtar’s unique directorial style and the exceptional performances of the young cast members.
