Bhumi Pednekar has discussed the financial aspects of actors’ styling expenses. Reflecting on her early industry days, she revealed the challenges, including renting cars to attend events and the costs associated with maintaining a stylish public image.

During a conversation with Ranveer Allahbadia, Bhumi shared her experience post her debut in “Dum Laga Ke Haisha,” winning numerous Best Debut awards.She recounted attending almost 15 award functions and mentioned her stylist friend who offered services free of charge for the initial two years. Bhumi also reminisced about using her friend’s car for events and award functions.
The artist dissected the fundamental expenses of styling, stating that styling is a significant aspect, and it’s a costly process. If you break it down, styling alone could amount to Rs 15k to 20k, car rental about Rs 15k to 20k, and hair and makeup an additional Rs 20k. For an average person, spending Rs 75k to 80k for a basic event is substantial. She also shared how she could ask her mother to fund these event visits for her.
