Recently, the actress tried her hands at Pilates. Pilates is a fitness form which comprises exercises inspired by calisthenics, yoga and ballet. Dressed in black white and grey activewear and red shoes, Shilpa had raised her legs at the angle of 45 degrees against the wall and was turning her torso from left to right . Sharing a video of her doing this exercise, she mentioned that this movement was working on her entire body, she wrote , “It’s a Pilates kinda day for me

This exercise works almost every muscle in the body right from the heels to the head.
