Article 370 box office collection Day 6: Yami Gautam starrer sees a drop in numbers on Wednesday | – Times of India

As ‘Article 370’ progresses through its first week in theatres, the film experienced a slight dip in box office earnings on Wednesday, signalling a minor setback in its otherwise successful run. Despite this, the movie continued to maintain a strong presence at the box office, with its net collection on the sixth day amounting to approximately Rs 3.15 crore.
Following an impressive debut weekend, during which ‘Article 370’ amassed over Rs 23 crore, the film commenced its first working week with a box office collection of Rs 3.25 crore, followed by a marginally higher figure of Rs 3.3 crore on the subsequent day. With Wednesday’s earnings factored in, the film’s total box office tally now stands at an estimated Rs 32.6 crore.

On Wednesday, ‘Article 370’ boasted an average Hindi occupancy rate of 12.59%, according to sacnilk.com. Additionally, the film’s performance in the overseas market has been commendable, with its international collection reaching an estimated Rs 6.15 crore. Meanwhile, its all-India gross collection is reported to be approximately Rs 38.35 crore.

The film was in the news the past week over a rumoured ban imposed by Gulf countries. However, it was later reported that there was no ban imposed, but that the movie was awaiting certification.
Directed by Aditya Suhas, ‘Article 370’ features a talented ensemble cast including Yami Gautam, Priyamani, Kiran Karmarkar, and Arun Govil in pivotal roles.
